2. Patterns, Tutorials & Informational Content
Our crochet patterns and guides are provided for personal learning and creative use. We work to keep instructions accurate and accessible, but results vary with yarn, tools, gauge, technique, and individual interpretation.
Please use appropriate tools, materials, and safety precautions. Content on AlbaCrochet is general craft information and is not professional, medical, product-safety, or childcare advice.
3. Copyright & Permitted Use
AlbaCrochet owns or licenses the site design, written patterns, tutorials, charts, graphics, and original photography. Access to free or paid content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that content; ownership is not transferred to you.
You may sell physical items you personally make from our patterns. We appreciate credit to AlbaCrochet as the pattern designer and require you to use your own product photographs. You may not copy, republish, translate, redistribute, upload, resell, or share our pattern files or written instructions. Please share a link to the original page instead.
4. Digital Purchases & Payment
Prices and product details are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal and are also subject to PayPal's terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information and for any taxes or charges required by applicable law.
Digital products are generally made available after successful payment. Because access may be provided immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final. If you experience duplicate billing, a defective or inaccessible file, or another delivery problem, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Community Submissions
When you submit a comment, tip, or project photo, you keep ownership of your original work and grant AlbaCrochet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it in connection with the site and its promotion.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights. We may review, reject, remove, or restrict submissions at our discretion.
